Job Summary
We are seeking a Rack Operator / Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations in Sidney, Ohio. This role works closely with the Shift Supervisor to ensure quality production, safe equipment operation, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Produce parts according to verbal and written work instructions
- Load, rack, and unrack parts from racks or cassettes
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Inspect parts for quality and complete required paperwork
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
- Report quality issues, equipment problems, or injuries to management
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Hi-Lo / forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
