Epoxy Flooring Technician
Location: Sidney, Ohio
Pay: $23.00–$30.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, overtime and weekend work possible
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Epoxy Flooring Technician with a minimum of 5 years of epoxy flooring experience, including 1‑day floor installation systems. This is a full‑time, year‑round position for candidates who take pride in quality workmanship and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Meet the crew at 7:00 AM in Sidney, Ohio
- Travel with the team to daily job sites
- Install complete 1‑day epoxy flooring systems
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Return to Sidney after job completion each day
Qualifications
- 5+ years of epoxy flooring experience, including 1‑day floor systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry materials throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $23.00–$30.00, based on experience
- Overtime opportunities
- Weekend work may be required depending on project schedule
