Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing

Pay: $20.00+ per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

Express Employment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Sidney, Ohio. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems while supporting safe and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Complete routine building maintenance, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and seasonal snow removal.
• Inspect machinery and facility systems, reporting major repair needs to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures and OSHA regulations.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours when needed.
