Machine Operator

Location: Fletcher, OH
Shift: Day Shift, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM-12hr rotating shift
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Overtime: As needed

Job Summary

Express Employment is seeking dependable Machine Operators for a plastics manufacturing facility in Fletcher, Ohio. This role involves operating plastic injection molding equipment, inspecting finished products for quality, and supporting daily production activities in a clean and safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines to ensure efficient production.
• Inspect, sort, and verify plastic parts for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Trim, clean, and package finished products according to production standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout each shift.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Assist with general production duties and other manufacturing tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• No previous manufacturing experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 12-hour shifts.
