Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance
Verify that all product batches meet company specifications
Ensure correct plates are used during production runs
Inspect products to confirm proper weight, size, and quality standards
Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures when addressing machine jams or performing end-of-shift breakdowns
Shut down equipment and notify a supervisor immediately if a blockage occurs
Accurately complete all required daily production and safety paperwork
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
Previous machine operator experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
Prior experience in production or manufacturing settings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Solid and consistent work history
Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment
