Job Full Description
Job Title: Machine Operator - Entry Level
Pay Range: $18.25
Shifts Available: 12-Hour Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule
Day Shift: 5:45 AM - 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 5:45 PM - 6:00 AM
Location: Covington, OH
Responsibilities:
- Follow work instructions and procedures to set up the extrusion line.
- Gather production materials including cores, packaging materials, skids, and supplies.
- Unload finished rolls from machinery using proper lifting equipment.
- Weigh products and accurately record production and quality data.
- Package finished products according to customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and quality control documentation.
- Band, label, and move completed skids to the shipping area.
- Prepare equipment for the next production run by setting up new cores.
- Perform routine quality inspections and checks.
- Assist with machine and equipment adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to regularly lift, move, and manipulate 50+ pounds.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus but not required.
