Wire Harness Assembler

Location: Sidney, OH
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Overtime: As needed, including weekends

Job Summary

Express Employment is seeking a dependable Wire Harness Assembler for a full-time opportunity in Sidney, Ohio. This role is responsible for assembling wire harnesses and electrical components by following work instructions, wire diagrams, and production specifications while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Route, organize, and tie wires to create wire harness assemblies.
• Assemble wire components according to work orders, wire tables, and wiring diagrams.
• Read and interpret wiring layouts with minimal supervision after training.
• Operate wire stripping, pinning, and related production equipment.
• Set up and prepare applicators and tools for assembly processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and wiring documentation.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending and reaching throughout the workday.
