Commercial Construction Foreman (Traveling)
A well-established commercial construction contractor based in Sidney, Ohio is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Foreman to oversee field crews on commercial construction projects throughout a 60–70-mile radius of Sidney.

Job Responsibilities
As a Commercial Construction Foreman, you will:
Supervise and lead commercial construction crews on active job sites
Coordinate daily work activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
Accurately use and read a tape measure to ensure quality workmanship
Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and maintain high-quality construction standards
Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers
Troubleshoot field issues and make informed decisions to keep projects moving efficiently
Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and safety
Travel to commercial job sites throughout the surrounding region using a company-provided vehicle
Opportunity to work on prevailing wage projects when assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Foreman
Proven experience supervising and motivating construction crews
Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications
Proficiency reading a tape measure and performing accurate field measurements
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable, safety-focused, and committed to producing quality work
