Production Associate

Location: Jackson Center, OH
Shift:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:30 PM-7:30 AM

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
Overtime: Flexible schedule; associates can choose the days they work

Job Summary

Express Employment is seeking Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Jackson Center, Ohio. This position supports production and packaging operations through quality inspection, product handling, palletizing, and general production support while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect bottles, boxes, and packaging materials to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
• Package products by hand and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Assemble boxes, dividers, and corrugated trays used in packaging operations.
• Operate production equipment, including loading and monitoring box-making machinery.
• Palletize, stretch wrap, stack, and band finished products for storage and shipping.
• Maintain a clean work area and communicate effectively with production, quality, and leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks safely.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and work throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive production and packaging tasks.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move products as needed.
