Production Associate – Rebar Fabrication

Location: Minster, OH
Shift: Third Shift | 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Monday-Thursday)
Pay: $20.00/hr
Overtime: As Needed

Job Summary

Express Employment is hiring Production Associates for a rebar fabrication facility in Minster, OH. This role supports steel fabrication, material handling, and production operations for commercial and industrial construction materials. Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle, move, and organize steel materials throughout the production facility.
• Assist with loading and unloading incoming steel deliveries and outbound shipments.
• Support shear line operations by bundling and preparing fabricated materials.
• Operate or assist with automated rebar bending and fabrication equipment.
• Apply epoxy coatings to reinforcing steel as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety and quality procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle steel materials.
• Comfortable working around heavy equipment, industrial machinery, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work assigned third-shift hours and overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials safely.
• Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment around moving equipment and machinery.
