Job Full Description
Job Title: Production Worker Location: Piqua, OHShift: Full-Time, 7:00 am – 3:30 pmPay Rate: $18.00 / Hr
Key Responsibilities:
Load materials and operate production machines according to work instructions.
Maintain efficiency, quality, and safety standards throughout each shift.
Meet daily production quotas and accurately record production counts.
Inspect parts visually to ensure quality and compliance.
Assemble, package, and label products for shipment.
Properly stage and secure finished goods using a pallet jack.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Perform additional duties as directed by management.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Independent worker with strong attention to detail.
Reliable attendance is essential – on time, every day.
Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Experience using a pallet jack a plus.
