Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a friendly and dependable Front Desk Attendant for a local business. This position is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Essential Job Functions:
✅ Provide information and services to customers
✅ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, complaints and comments
✅ Resolve customers service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money or other methods
✅ Ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems
✅ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
Job Requirements:
✅ Pay starts at $14/hr
✅ 40 hrs/wk
✅ Great communication skills
✅ Ability to manage conflict
✅ ~1 year of customer service experience
✅ Math skills
✅ Money handling experience preferred
