Production Worker - Lumber Mill
Multiple Positions Available - Must Travel to Tillamook, OR Daily!
Pay: $21.50 / hour
Shift: Day shift & Rotating Shifts, 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring full-time Production Workers to support operations at a local lumber mill in Tillamook. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are reliable, motivated, and ready to grow their careers in a fast-paced, industrial environment. Job Description:

Pull lumber off production lines and prepare materials for packaging and shipment

Set stickers, apply barcodes, and assist with product labeling

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in all areas of the mill

Follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment at all times

Move efficiently and work collaboratively with your team to maintain production flow

Learn new roles and equipment operations through hands-on training and internal apprenticeships
Qualifications:
-
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per day

Comfortable working in outdoor temperatures and loud, fast-paced environments

Willingness to work around moving mechanical equipment and airborne particles (such as sawdust)

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Ability to perform repetitive tasks and learn quickly

Previous experience in a lumber mill or manufacturing environment is a plus—but not required

Overtime available at $32.25/hr.

Monthly $350 commuter benefit (equivalent to +$2.00/hour for full-time)
