Operations Manager

Casi Schlesser joined Express on December 10, 2012, and now serves as the Operations Manager. Recognized by her peers as goal-oriented and deeply committed to supporting others, she thrives on personal growth and tackling new challenges. Throughout her tenure, she has earned multiple accolades, including the Leadership Award, the Highest Award for Achievement from Dale Carnegie, the Spirit of the Stoller Group Award, and the Community Service Award—each a testament to her dedication and impact.

Holding a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University, Casi plays a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of Express, ensuring seamless efficiency across all facets of the business. She actively engages with clients in the community, fosters strong relationships with associates, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service. A reliable and results-driven leader, Casi upholds the highest standards of professionalism and is committed to continuous growth—both for herself and those she supports.

Julissa Arellano

Bilingual Employment Specialist

Julissa Arellano joined Express Employment Professionals on June 17, 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a dynamic skill set to her role as a Bilingual Employment Specialist. Julissa is known for her trustworthy, loyal, and understanding nature, and she approaches her work with a relentless drive to never settle for less.

Before her current position, Julissa honed her expertise in recruiting for long-term and temporary contracts. She also spent seven years in restaurant management, where she developed her quick learning abilities and a driven work ethic. These experiences have equipped her with a unique perspective and a versatile skill set that she now applies to her work at Express.

A native of Hillsboro, OR, Julissa is passionate about helping others and enjoys the rewarding feeling of making a positive impact through her work. Outside of the office, she cherishes spending time with her family, partner, and beloved dog, Ace—a half poodle, half chihuahua bundle of joy.

Kristi Sweeney

Senior Employment Specialist

Kristi first began her career with Express in April of 1988! As a hardworking and dependable employee, her favorite part of working with Express is helping people find work and building long-term careers. Kristi is described by her peers as loyal, honest, and trustworthy, with a knack for delivering excellent customer service. 

Kristi was born and raised in Oregon and enjoys spending time with her son, who is her pride and joy. Outside of work, she enjoys making memories with the people she loves and staying connected with her Oregon roots. Her dedication to helping others, building relationships, and delivering results has made her a valued part of the Express team for nearly four decades.
