Position Overview: 

We have partnered with a locally owned and respected printing company in Hillsboro to help identify a highly organized, detail-oriented Print Management & Client Services Coordinator (Fast Track Role). This role is ideal for professionals who not only excel at managing client relationships and overseeing production timelines but who also thrive in structured, process-driven environments.

This position is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven. While client interaction is a key part of the role, equal emphasis is placed on the ability to manage internal systems, workflows, and project timelines with precision. The selected candidate will be expected to take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate sound judgment when managing competing priorities. This role is intended to evolve into a more advanced position, supporting broader operational functions and contributing to process improvements over time.

Job Duties:

  • Intake and manage complex print and marketing-related client projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Maintain close communication with clients to manage timelines, expectations, and updates.
  • Ensure projects are executed accurately by reviewing proofs, verifying specifications, and confirming production schedules.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve personal workflow systems to support accuracy and efficiency.
  • Partner closely with production teams to troubleshoot issues and align on deliverables.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and confidence through professional, timely, and thoughtful service.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in client and project workflows.
  • Take ownership of their own learning and development, actively seeking guidance while demonstrating initiative and accountability in building industry knowledge.
  • Prepare to grow into a higher-level role that supports internal leadership, team training, and deeper process development.

Ideal Candidate Will Have: 

  • Previous print experience is highly desirable! 
  • Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role, ideally within a client-facing or production environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, or support training programs for peers or new employees.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support, preferably in print, production, or marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex workflows, competing deadlines, and detailed project specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general office technology; able to quickly learn new internal systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and composed demeanor.
  • A process-oriented mindset with the initiative to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • A collaborative and adaptable working style with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
