Forklift Operator
Pay: $19.00 / hour
Shift: Monday - Saturday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Overtime may be required and shifts could extend until 1:30 AM.

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Forklift Operator for a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with a food manufacturing company in Forest Grove. We are looking for a dependable individual with some prior forklift experience who is eager to learn and grow with a great company.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
- Load, unload, and transport pallets and other materials.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and operating standards.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Six months to one year of forklift experience preferred.
- Extensive experience is not required; the company is willing to train the right candidate.
- Basic knowledge of forklift operation is required, including starting the equipment, driving, and safely lifting and transporting pallets.
- Experience operating Hyster, Yale, or Toyota forklifts is a plus.
- Experience with propane-powered forklifts is preferred, although some electric units are also used.
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
