In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging and sorting products in accordance with established packing procedures, while ensuring all finished goods meet required quality standards and are correctly labeled. You will be expected to maintain and adhere to food safety policies and practices, follow safe work procedures, and keep your work area clean and hazard-free. Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs. Ideal candidates enjoy working as part of a team, have the ability to distinguish colors for grading produce, and possess good hand dexterity for sorting tasks.
