What You’ll Be Doing:

MIG welding and fabricating metal grating to precise specifications.

Reading blueprints and job travelers to assemble and weld grating products.

Operating tools and equipment such as overhead cranes, plasma cutters, torches, and saws.

Ensuring safe and accurate fit-up using welding symbols, gauges, and fixtures.

Collaborating with team members and contributing to a clean, organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Hands-on experience with MIG welding, Oxy/Fuel Torch, plasma cutting, and blueprint reading.

Familiarity with welding materials like Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and/or Aluminum.

Understanding of weld symbols, AWS certifications (D1.1, D1.5, D1.6, D1.2) is a plus.

Skilled in using tape measures, performing basic math, and troubleshooting on the job.

Able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods in a production environment.
Shift & Pay:
-
Monday to Thursday, 6:15 AM – 4:45 PM (3-day weekends!) | OT optional on Friday's and Saturday's

$20/hr depending on experience (DOE)
