Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM (or until job completion)

Our growing Lancaster team is seeking a motivated Door Technician to install, maintain, and repair overhead, entry, and dock doors in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Whether you’re experienced or ready to learn, this full-time position offers competitive pay and a consistent schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair overhead doors, entry doors, dock doors, and all related hardware

Perform regular door system troubleshooting and maintenance

Safely operate hand and power tools on job sites

Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment efficiently

Keep work areas clean and comply with all safety standards

Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure job satisfaction
Job Requirements

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Ability to lift and carry materials weighing at least 50 pounds

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools

Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and grow skills on the job

Previous experience is a plus but not required — training available for motivated candidates
