PLC Programmer
1st Shift | $25 - $40/hr DOE
Summary:
Join our growing team as a Maintenance Supervisor specializing in electrical systems! We are seeking a skilled leader to manage and support maintenance operations, ensuring facility systems, utilities, and production equipment operate efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance employees across facility, utility, and production systems.
- Plan, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs with a strong emphasis on electrical and production machinery.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical controls, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and production equipment.
- Build and wire control panels; maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Assist maintenance technicians with complex electrical issues and provide hands-on technical support.
- Manage maintenance schedules, prioritize repairs, and coordinate maintenance resources to reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively across departments to coordinate projects and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical controls and PLC systems.
- Strong background in control panel design, wiring, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
- Proficient in software systems programming, debugging, and installation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and lead a small team.
- Highly motivated, solutions-driven, and able to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
