Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to lead new business development efforts across Lancaster County. Express strives to be the leading staffing and HR provider in Lancaster County. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and making an impact, this is your opportunity to shine!
What You’ll Do:
Hunt for new business: Identify and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into clients. Express provides staffing services, recruiting, and HR solutions to local business. Your role is to bring in new partners to Express.
Engage decision-makers: Conduct 70+ weekly calls with key stakeholders to understand their needs and offer tailored staffing solutions.
Own your pipeline: Make 125+ weekly sales contacts (phone + in-person), document all activity, and set next steps to keep momentum.
Strategize for success: Build and execute quarterly sales plans targeting high-potential prospects.
Lead presentations: Research accounts, coordinate meetings, and deliver compelling pitches that solve real business problems.
Maximize territory: Use our CRM and territory management tools to stay organized and efficient.

You’re building strong relationships and closing deals.

Work Environment:
Field-based role with regular travel to client offices and industrial sites.
Must be comfortable driving in various weather conditions.
Occasional travel for training or meetings.
Valid driver’s license required.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
