What You’ll Be Doing:
Prospect Like a Pro
- Identify and qualify new leads across Lancaster County.
- Schedule impactful meetings and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Promote Express’s full suite of staffing, recruiting, and HR services.
Engage Decision-Makers Daily
- Make 70+ strategic calls per week to business owners, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
- Uncover pain points and deliver customized staffing solutions that solve real problems.
Own Your Sales Funnel
- Drive 125+ weekly sales contacts (calls + face-to-face visits).
- Track every touchpoint in our CRM and set clear next steps to keep deals moving.
Strategize for Success
- Build quarterly territory plans targeting high-growth industries and top employers.
- Use data to prioritize efforts and maximize ROI.
Deliver Powerful Presentations
- Research accounts, tailor your pitch, and present solutions that drive business results.
- Position Express as the go-to partner for workforce needs.
Maximize Your Territory
- Leverage CRM tools and territory management strategies to stay organized, efficient, and ahead of the competition.

Work Environment:
Field-based role with regular travel to client offices and industrial sites.
Must be comfortable driving in various weather conditions.
Occasional travel for training or meetings.
Valid driver’s license required.
