You’ll play a key role in managing budgets, scheduling crews, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring seamless service delivery across all properties.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor services environment and bring a blend of leadership, logistics, and administrative skills — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations for both landscaping and snow removal services

  • Ensure all work orders, schedules, and job sites are completed on time and within budget

  • Monitor and control operational expenses and stay aligned with company budget

  • Enforce and improve company policies, procedures, and safety standards

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires

  • Lead and motivate crew members to deliver high-quality service

  • Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance records; ensure all assets are safe and operational

  • Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring OSHA, FLSA, and ADA compliance

  • Assist General Manager with staff scheduling and operations planning

  • Approve employee timesheets and handle payroll questions weekly

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, operations reporting, and analysis

  • Coordinate snow removal site coverage, especially during peak seasonal events

  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer communications and issue resolution

  • Help resolve internal issues such as employee relations, productivity, or safety concerns

  • Suggest process improvements and strategies for increasing efficiency and profitability

  • Communicate effectively with all teams — management, sales, and field crews

  • Perform other operational duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Horticulture, Turf Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in landscaping, snow removal, or facilities maintenance

  • Proven experience in operations management, team leadership, and project scheduling

  • Strong knowledge of business operations, budgeting, and cost control

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

  • Experience using business or workforce management software for payroll, scheduling, and invoicing

  • Ability to create and manage invoices, oversee billing, and ensure client satisfaction

  • Comfortable working on-call during snow/ice events or after-hours emergencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in landscape or snow removal operations

  • Working knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
