Senior Machine Operator | Lancaster, PA | $27.00-35.00
Overview:
A Senior Machine Operator operates CNC Machines and is responsible for machining rare earth magnet material to specified dimensions according to customer requirement. This role supports operations and partners with Engineering on process improvements to ensure precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Optimize Safety/Minimize Risk
Read, Understand, and Follow Work Instructions (WI) and Process Control Standards (PCS)
Review the drawing to obtain specified dimensions, features, tolerances, and customer requirements.
Set up machine as required to perform the operation. Obtain a first piece inspection before running a job.
Maintain machinery: Clean, changeovers, and tooling.
Maintain inventory of materials and tools for operations and engineering
Operate: Disc/Ring Cells, Drills, Grinders, Soakers etc.
Enter data into ERP Computer System and manufacturing router as required by work instructions.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma plus specialized training
5+ years of CNC machining experience
Good verbal and written communication across departments
Balance of independent work and supervisor-assigned tasks
Use of computers and software for programming and documentation
