Position Overview
The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machines to fabricate high-precision materials. You’ll work closely with the Engineering team to support process improvements, precision machining, and production efficiency. Knowledge of G-Code programming is highly valued.
What You’ll Do

Follow all safety standards and minimize risks in daily operations

Read, interpret, and follow Work Instructions (WI) and Process Control Standards (PCS)

Review blueprints, drawings, and schematics for dimensions, tolerances, and customer requirements

Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines to perform required machining tasks

Maintain machines: perform cleaning, tool changes, and changeovers as needed

Enter production data into the ERP system and complete documentation per work instructions
Qualifications

High school diploma plus specialized training in CNC machining or related field

2–5+ years of CNC machine operation experience required

Grinding experience is required

Strong knowledge of CNC setup, operation, and troubleshooting

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements

Good communication skills for cross-department collaboration

Balance of independent work and supervisor-assigned tasks

Comfortable using computer software for programming, documentation, and ERP systems
Pay & Benefits

$23.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)
