Production Team Member – Powder Coating (Full-Time | $20–$22/hr)
Location: Lititz, PA
Industry: Manufacturing / Production / Powder Coating
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Our client is job-shop powder coating company with multiple coating lines and support departments. As a Production Team Member, you’ll play a key role in preparing, inspecting, and finishing metal parts for our customers. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working with your hands, and are dependable, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities

Load metal parts onto racks using safe, efficient hanging methods

Inspect parts before coating for rust, damage, or other defects

Unload finished parts and inspect for coating quality and defects

Use protective materials to securely pack, band, and wrap products for shipment

Support operations in additional areas as needed (Primer Booth, Topcoat, Blast Room) once trained

Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all standard operating procedures
What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production role is helpful but not required

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks in a production setting

Comfortable following work instructions and safety guidelines
