Job Title: Installer Level-1 (Flooring, Painting, Line Striping)

Position Summary
As an Installer Level-1, you will assist in the daily onsite installation of our flooring, painting, and line striping projects. You’ll work under the guidance of experienced Installers and Field Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Work
- Assist with the execution of our client’s installation and safety processes for all service types.
- Support Field Supervisors by providing feedback to help improve installation systems and workflows.
Tactical Work
Leadership & Training
- Model and communicate our client’s core values and mission.
- Work with assigned mentors to complete mandatory and supplemental training through our Learning Management System.
Safety
- Comply with all vehicle and equipment safety policies.
- Conduct pre-use equipment checks and operate tools safely.
- Follow Job Specific Safety Plans to maintain a hazard-free job site.
Professionalism
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance in line with our dress code.
- Represent the client positively on customer sites through courteous and informative communication.
Installation Assistance
- Help set up job sites and maintain cleanliness and organization using our "5S" standards.
- Assist with containment, ventilation, and access system setup.
Flooring
- Assist with surface preparation, floor repair, and floor installation using company-approved tools and methods.
Painting
- Support the setup, surface preparation, and application of paint coatings using hand and spray equipment.
Line Striping & Graphics
- Help prepare surfaces and apply line striping and floor graphics with both manual and spray equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in construction, painting, flooring, or similar work is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed processes and safety procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
