CSR / Account Manager – Printing Industry

Location: Lancaster, PA | Full-Time | Day Shift | 45,000+

Job Summary

We’re seeking a (CSR) to manage accounts in the printing and manufacturing industry. This role serves as the primary contact for customers and internal teams, managing orders, materials, and production requirements. The CSR will be responsible for problem-solving, preparing quotes, coordinating schedules, and ensuring exceptional service that drives customer satisfaction and account growth.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for customers; respond to questions, issues, and requests.

  • Manage customer orders, quotes, and purchase orders with accuracy.

  • Review, sort, and track customer-supplied materials; request missing items.

  • Ensure customer components and inventory are available to meet production schedules.

  • Communicate job status, deadlines, and special requirements to manufacturing teams.

  • Prepare shipping documents and review proofs and samples with customers.

  • Maintain or grow account revenues by delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Provide backup support to other CSRs and participate in scheduling meetings.

  • Ensure all paperwork, records, and documentation are completed and compliant.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 2–4 years of customer service experience in printing, manufacturing, or related industries.

  • Knowledge of 4-color printing processes (digital, offset, web, and sheet-fed).

  • Strong math skills (gross profit, markup, percentages, and cost analysis).

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency with standard office software and equipment.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally.

Work Environment

  • Office-based with frequent computer use.
