Are you a hands-on problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Do you have a passion for automation, electronics, and mechanical systems? We’re looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our Maintenance team and keep our operations running at peak performance.
As an integral part of our team, you’ll work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, and contribute to continuous improvements across our manufacturing plant.
What You’ll Do

Install, program, troubleshoot, and repair PLC systems (Allen-Bradley and GE)

Maintain and service electrical systems, including motors, drives, vacuum systems, and power transmission components

Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pump and component replacements
-
Design, assemble, and wire control circuits and electrical cabinets
-
Run new wiring, install control systems, and ensure electrical safety and code compliance
-
Analyze existing equipment for automation upgrades and PLC implementation
-
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic diagrams
-
Use precision inspection equipment for accurate repairs and installations
-
Maintain accurate logs of equipment maintenance, changes, and throughput
-
Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics, installations, and emergency repairs
-
Apply welding skills (Stick, MIG, and Flux-core) when necessary for equipment repair
-
Collaborate with team members to improve plant reliability and efficiency
-
Escalate issues beyond skill set when needed and assist in cross-functional repairs
-
Perform additional duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you should have strong hands-on experience and knowledge in the following areas:

Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair

Hydraulics and pneumatics (component/pump repair and replacement)

PLC troubleshooting, ladder logic reading (Allen-Bradley & GE platforms)

Electrical wiring and installation in control cabinets

Vacuum and motor control systems

Integration of fluid power systems

Welding (Stick, MIG, and Flux-core)

Reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

Precision tools and measurement equipment

Industrial instrumentation and process control systems
Qualifications
Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Regularly required to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs

Exposure to loud noise, heat, humidity, electrical and mechanical hazards

Must have good manual dexterity, hearing, and visual acuity
