Job Full Description
Job Title: Precast Production – Concrete Forming Specialist
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Shift/Hours: Full-time, overtime | 4AM start | 8-10 shifts

What You’ll Do

Pour, place, and finish concrete in forms.

Operate and maintain pouring tools (screeds, hand tools, etc.).

Support other crews as needed.

Work as part of a team and follow safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For

Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and perform physical work (bending, kneeling, climbing).

Comfortable working in noisy, dusty, and hot environments.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Able to follow instructions and focus in a busy environment.

Must wear safety-toed shoes and company PPE.

Forklift experience a plus (certification preferred).
