Location: Lancaster, Pa
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Reports To: Franchisee/Owner
$40k-$60k DOE (Bonus, Commissions, etc.)
About the Role
As an Employment Specialist, your primary focus will be filling job orders and performing inside sales activities. You’ll use Express systems and procedures to recruit, hire, and assign associates to clients, ensuring quick and efficient placements in Office Services, Light Industrial, and Professional staffing. Strong phone and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Fill 100% of all qualified job orders with urgency
Qualify and take thorough job orders; ensure fallibility based on associate availability and client timelines
Make 50 MPC (Most Placeable Candidate) calls weekly and additional inside sales calls daily
Assist with appointment setting and convert employment verification calls into sales/recruiting opportunities
Recruit, interview, and retain a qualified pool of associates; coordinate client interviews and assignments
Generate and expand business with existing and new accounts; build relationships and conduct client visits
Increase office and team effectiveness through daily communication and collaboration
Perform other related duties as assigned, including routine correspondence, resolving billing inquiries, and assisting with collections [Employment...cialist JD]
Qualifications
Previous office experience and industry experience is a plus
Ability to work effectively under stress and maintain a high level of organization
Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
Consultative sales techniques and persistent sales contact skills
Ability to travel occasionally for client visits and out-of-town trips
Working Conditions
Primarily office-based in a well-lit, climate-controlled environment
Occasional travel to client locations and exposure to weather
Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain normal range of body motion
