Print Procurement and Logistics Coordinator
Location: Lancaster, PA
Schedule: Monday- Friday | 8:00am- 4:00pm
Salary: $50,000- $60,000

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive measurable cost savings.
- Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships, evaluating performance through key metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee day-to-day purchasing operations to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely fulfillment of materials and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, manage inventory, and align procurement strategies with production and business needs.
- Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supply chain risks to inform sourcing decisions and ensure business continuity.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, including automation and system enhancements, to optimize procurement performance.
- Provide guidance and mentorship within the procurement function, fostering professional growth and best practices.
- Prepare and present procurement reports and analysis to management for informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
(Advanced degree or professional certifications such as CPSM or CSCP are an asset.)
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Demonstrated success in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- High integrity, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
