We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist who will support key areas of the HR function including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Compliance, and Performance Management. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a positive, productive, and legally compliant workplace environment.

Process and manage bi-weekly payroll by reviewing and compiling time and attendance data from electronic time clocks.

Coordinate with supervisors to resolve any timekeeping discrepancies.

Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs, ensuring consistency across all departments.

Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies and procedures manual.

Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for exempt, non-exempt, student, and temporary roles, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.

Oversee benefits administration, including claims resolution, invoice approval, and employee communications on health, vision, dental, and paid time off.

Facilitate new employee orientation and manage career-pathing initiatives.

Act as an employee advocate, addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and offering coaching and support.

Support performance management programs, including evaluations, feedback processes, and incentive plans.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and benefit regulations.

Administer and manage the wellness program and learning management system (LMS).

Maintain up-to-date records in the HRIS and prepare HR reports as needed.

Contribute to developing HR goals and departmental initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
