Part-Time Human Resources (HR) Administrator
We’re looking for a Part-Time Human Resources (HR) Administrator to support our team with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and ensuring HR operations run smoothly and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities

Process biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy of employee timekeeping and attendance records

Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and communication with staff

Maintain employee files, HR records, and databases while ensuring strict confidentiality

Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation to provide a positive employee experience

Support employee relations by responding to HR inquiries and assisting with communications

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws as well as company policies

Assist with general HR administrative tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications

Prior experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Benefits Administration

Working knowledge of HRIS systems, timekeeping software, and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently
