Part-Time Marketing Administrator
We’re seeking a Part-Time Marketing Administrator to support our marketing team with trade show coordination, event planning, and digital marketing administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing logistics, communication, and creative marketing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating company participation in trade shows, conferences, and events

Manage vendor communication, event logistics, and promotional materials before and after events

Help maintain and update social media accounts, website content, and marketing collateral

Support digital marketing campaigns by tracking metrics, engagement, and performance reports

Coordinate marketing projects and timelines to ensure deadlines are met

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, scheduling, and file management
Qualifications

Previous experience in Marketing, Event Coordination, or Administrative Support

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and basic content management systems (CMS)

Strong written and verbal communication skills
