On-Call Snow Plow Drivers Needed – Seasonal Winter Work
Pay: $35/hr
4-Hour Minimum Guarantee Per Call-Out
Looking to earn extra income this winter? We’re hiring experienced Snow Plow Drivers for on-call, part-time, seasonal snow removal work. Join our reliable winter operations team and help keep local roads, parking lots, and commercial properties safe and clear during snow events.
Position Details
Snow Plow Drivers ($35/hr):
Operate plow trucks and other snow removal equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, lots, and driveways safely and efficiently. Apply salt and de-icing materials as needed to maintain safe surfaces.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to snow event call-outs

Operate plow trucks and snow removal equipment safely and efficiently

Clear snow and ice from assigned routes, driveways, and parking lots

Apply salt and de-icing materials as required

Maintain safety standards while working in cold and slippery conditions

Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report any equipment issues
Requirements

Must be dependable and available on short notice during snow events

Ability to work outdoors in extreme winter conditions

Prior snow plowing or heavy equipment operation experience preferred

Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites

Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)
