Customer Service Sales Representative
Location: Lancaster, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Hours & Pay: $20 depending on interview
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to support sales operations, customer relationships, and daily business needs. This role blends inside sales, customer service, administrative support, and light warehouse coordination in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to:

Attract and assist potential customers by answering product and service inquiries

Suggest additional products and services to new and existing customers

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls

Anticipate customer needs and follow up with previous customers regarding reorders or additional services

Maintain strong product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions

Analyze competitor information and market trends to identify sales opportunities
-
Develop leads, referrals, and customer accounts by reviewing purchase history and recommending related or new products

Explain product features and technical details to customers
-
Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets

Create and maintain a database of current and prospective customers

Assist with administrative tasks and warehouse duties as needed

Support product and service issues, purchasing, scheduling, facility and truck maintenance, and office/warehouse housekeeping

Participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventory counts
-
Schedule inbound/outbound deliveries and manage incoming/outgoing inventory
-
Stock, organize, and maintain the showroom to maximize sales and maintain inventory accuracy

Maintain project details, documentation, and orders for larger projects
Education, Skills & Experience
-
High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
-
Strong customer service and professional phone skills
-
Ability to multitask with solid computer and basic math skills
-
General knowledge of warehouse operations preferred
-
Experience in inside sales, inventory, or customer-facing roles is a plus
-
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
