Maintenance Technician (Electrical)
2nd Shift & Weekend Shift
Lancaster, PA
$25–$38/hour (based on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support facility and equipment operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and supporting equipment installations and process improvements. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and building systems

Troubleshoot and repair issues involving:

Install and modify new equipment as needed

Support process improvement and engineering projects

Maintain accurate maintenance documentation

Participate in on-call rotation as required

Assist with seasonal duties such as snow removal

Follow all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards
Qualifications

High School Diploma required
-
Specialized training, certification, or 2-year technical degree preferred

2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance documentation
