Location: Lancaster, PA | Full-Time
Pay: $28–$38/hr
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Machinists to join our Wire EDM or Disc Cell operations. This role is for a skilled machinist with hands-on experience in precision setups, and programming. You’ll maintain ultra-tight tolerances, troubleshoot process and quality issues, and train the next generation of operators while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do

Wire EDM or Disc Cell operations and machine setups

Maintain tolerances to < .0005” for precision components

Troubleshoot machining, setup, and quality issues

Program and edit G-Code / M-Code as needed
-
Interpret blueprints and GD&T to ensure parts meet specifications
What You Bring

5+ years of Wire EDM or CNC machining experience

Strong blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency
-
G-Code / M-Code programming experience

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and guide a team
