Electronics Technician
Lancaster, PA | $30-36 DOE

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate electronic (and some mechanical) equipment. This role supports preventative maintenance, repairs, new equipment installations, and continuous process improvement in a safety-critical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate electronic and electromechanical equipment

Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and temperature profiling on sinter furnaces

Read and interpret electrical/hydraulic schematics, PLCs, blueprints, and manuals

Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, control panels, ovens, magnetizers, and testing equipment

Support new equipment installation, modifications, validation, and operator training

Maintain accurate PM, calibration, and repair documentation

Follow all safety procedures including LOTO, PPE, and OSHA requirements

Support engineering and continuous improvement projects

Coordinate with operators and vendors; manage spare parts and consumables

Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized

Required Qualifications

High school diploma plus specialized training, certification, or 2-year technical degree (or equivalent)

2–5 years of related electronics/maintenance experience

Strong understanding of PLC systems, electrical controls, and industrial equipment

Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions

Comfortable working in high-risk industrial environments

Work Environment

Exposure to high voltage, heavy equipment, gases, and elevated work areas

Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, tool use, and quick decision-making
