Facility Enhancement Associate
We’re looking for a dependable 2nd shift Facility enhancement associate to help keep our facility clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone who uses it. This role is important to the daily operation of the building and helps ensure visitors and staff have a positive experience.
Job Responsibilities

Trash Removal:
Regularly check and empty trash bins throughout the facility, replace liners, and help keep high‑traffic areas free of debris.

Restroom Cleaning & Stocking:
- Restock paper towel and toilet paper dispensers
- Wipe down counters, sinks, mirrors, and other surfaces
- Keep restrooms tidy, clean, and presentable throughout the day
- Report low supplies or maintenance needs when noticed

General Facility Cleanliness:
- Wipe surfaces, spot‑clean spills, and maintain cleanliness in common areas
- Monitor the building for areas that need attention and address them promptly
- Support additional cleaning tasks as needed to help the team maintain a high standard of cleanliness

Team Support:
Work with other custodial staff or facility team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner.

- Someone reliable, punctual, and willing to work independently
- Comfortable being on their feet and performing physical tasks
- Good attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean
- Able to follow cleaning routines but also notice what needs to be done without being asked
