Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Truss Assemblers to join our growing production team in Paradise, PA. This role is essential to the construction of roof and floor trusses in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must have prior construction or framing experience and be comfortable using hand and power tools.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble wood trusses according to blueprints and production specifications

Operate hand and power tools, including hammers, nail guns, and tape measures
-
Read and interpret construction drawings and measurements

Work efficiently in a high-volume production environment

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace

Follow all safety and quality standards

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Required Qualifications

Construction or framing experience required

Ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials

Experience using hammers, nail guns, and measuring tools

Must provide own hammer and tape measure

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Ability to lift and handle building materials as needed

Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
