Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Warehouse & Logistics Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling warehouse storage solutions, 3PL services, logistics containers, freight services, and international logistics solutions to B2B clients.
This opportunity is ideal for a high-performing B2B Sales Executive, Logistics Sales Representative, Freight Sales Executive, Supply Chain Sales Professional, or Business Development Manager with experience in warehousing, transportation, freight forwarding, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL).
The role focuses on identifying client needs and developing tailored warehouse storage, containerized shipping, freight, and international logistics solutions for customers in both domestic and global markets.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B clients requiring warehouse storage, distribution, freight, and logistics services

Sell warehouse space, storage solutions, 3PL services, containerized logistics, freight forwarding, and international shipping solutions

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and virtual presentations to assess operational, transportation, and supply chain needs

Prepare and deliver customized proposals, pricing quotes, and service agreements

Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service scope to close profitable logistics and warehousing deals

Collaborate with operations, warehouse, transportation, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within freight and supply chain services

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand in the logistics, warehousing, and transportation industry

Maintain accurate sales pipeline activity, forecasts, and CRM documentation

Represent the company professionally at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, 3PL, transportation, or supply chain services

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, storage solutions, freight movement, and logistics processes

Experience selling service-based solutions rather than physical products highly preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and full sales cycles simultaneously

Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Willingness to travel as needed

Experience with international logistics, global freight, ocean/air freight, or containerized shipping
