Assembly & Mechanical Technician
(Assembly → Expert → Supervisor Track)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st
Pay: $25–$30/hr

This position is for candidates with mechanical assembly or technician experience who want a long-term career working on complex equipment and systems. You will assemble, install, route, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components across multiple equipment models.

What You’ll Do
Depending on skill level, you will:

Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools

Install parts, piping, and mechanical systems
-
Route and secure air, electrical, and hydraulic lines
-
Read and follow schematics and assembly drawings
-
Build complete units and modules
-
Perform basic to advanced troubleshooting

Work across multiple equipment models
-
Support refurbishment and rebuild projects
-
Train and assist junior technicians (senior level)
-
Perform lead or supervisory duties (senior level)
What We’re Looking For
You must have:

Mechanical or assembly experience

Ability to use hand tools safely

Ability to read basic schematics
-
Experience installing and routing components
Preferred for higher-level candidates:

Troubleshooting experience (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical)

Experience with complex or multi-system equipment

Diagnostic and repair skills
-
Leadership or training experience
