CNC Turret Punch Operator
Pay: $19–$24/hr

Requires precision machining experience. Resumes without it, will not be looked at.

Job Summary:
We are is seeking a CNC Turret Punch Operator to operate and set up precision turret punch equipment used to produce detailed sheet metal components. This position requires strong attention to detail, tooling knowledge, and the ability to maintain tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC turret punch machines for precision sheet metal production

• Install and change tooling, dies, and punches as required for each job

• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and tolerances

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Document production and maintain quality standards

Requirements:

• Experience operating precision CNC or metal fabrication equipment

• Strong understanding of tooling, dies, and punch setups

• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

• Experience using precision measuring tools

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
