Production Operator | Leola, PA
Schedule: 3 Days On / 2 Days Off – 12hr shifts/Day & Night Shifts
Position Summary:
The Production Operator is assigned to a specific production cell and is responsible for operating equipment, monitoring product quality, and supporting production line operations to ensure efficient manufacturing and packaging of products.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production equipment within assigned work area

Load gaskets, package finished pipe, and move bundled materials as needed
-
Visually inspect products and measure pipe dimensions for quality control

Record measurements and follow SPC charting requirements
-
Assist with production line start-ups and changeovers
-
Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures

Report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns
-
Support team members and assist other operators when needed
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ yrs of Machine Operation (Extrusion)

Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
- Able to perform physical work

Good math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Ability to work in a loud manufacturing environment with moving equipment

Comfortable working in hot, cold, and industrial conditions
