Customer Service Technician
Salary: $50,000–$60,000
Location: Parkesburg, PA
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Travel: 30% domestically

Overview:
Seeking a mechanically inclined Service Technician to support aviation refueling equipment with our customers. This role acts as a post-sale liaison, providing phone and onsite support, troubleshooting issues, and training customers on equipment use and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and diagnostic support (phone & onsite)
- Troubleshoot fueling systems, electrical components, hydraulics, air brakes, and diesel engines
- Perform warranty repairs and maintenance
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections
- Train customer mechanics on system operation and diagnostics
Requirements:
- Mechanical experience (automotive or similar preferred)
- Electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to travel ~30% (some international)
- Valid driver’s license & passport
- Ability to pass airport/military background checks
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
