We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaping Crew Leader / Supervisor to oversee daily job site operations and lead a small team. This role is ideal for someone with landscaping experience who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities and ensure high-quality work is completed efficiently.
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a small crew on landscaping projects
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly
- Perform lawn care, planting, mulching, pruning, and hardscaping work
- Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Install and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod
- Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe
- Enforce safety procedures and company standards
✅ Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping experience required
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must have own car
