Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple functions. This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company hiring policies
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
- Provide regular updates and reporting on recruiting metrics and hiring progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levels
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing, consumer goods, or high-volume environments
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Experience with recruitment marketing or employer branding initiatives
