Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple functions. This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company hiring policies
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on recruiting metrics and hiring progress

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levels
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in manufacturing, consumer goods, or high-volume environments
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Experience with recruitment marketing or employer branding initiatives
