Lead Paint Tech – Level 4 (Truck Upfitting Track)
Full-Time | $28-30
We are seeking a Level 4 Paint Tech to complete a 12-week project, with a direct transition into truck upfitting. This is a hands-on role for skilled candidates ready to grow into a career.
Key Responsibilities (Level 4)
- Advanced prep: sanding, masking, body prep, and finishing
- Mix and apply primer, base, and clear coats
- Perform high-quality spray applications with minimal defects
- Inspect, buff, polish, and correct finishes
- Maintain paint equipment and materials
- Meet production and quality standards
- Transition into truck upfitting duties (toolboxes, racks, lighting, accessories, build-outs)
Requirements
- Strong automotive painting experience (advanced/Level 4 preferred)
- Knowledge of paint systems and spray techniques
- Ability to produce consistent, high-quality work
- Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
- Physically able to stand, lift, and work full shifts
- Detail-oriented with strong work ethic
