Express Employment is seeking a MRO Buyer worker to team up with our client in the Pittsburgh area.
Monday - Friday schedule with overtime and some Saturday shifts required
Starting pay - $29.73/ hr

Responsibilities:
· Works with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for the company based on price, quality, and speed of delivery among other factors.
· Research, evaluate and buy parts for the company to be used in everyday operations as well as in repairs needed.
· Purchases complex and technical or specialized equipment, materials or services specifically designed and manufactured to meet needs and specifications.
· Negotiate pricing, shipping, and warranties with vendors.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years’ experience supporting industrial production/manufacturing setting required.
- Must have proven blueprint reading skills with ability to review received machined part against a blueprint, schematic, or written specification.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with NetSuite, or any other ERP system preferred; but not required.
- Associate’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs., twist and turn, kneel, and stand for long periods of time, climb a ladder, and work overhead as required.
