Paula began her journey with Express in 2009 as an Outside Sales Representative, quickly establishing herself as a driven and dedicated professional. In 2016, she took the next major step in her career by opening the Westmoreland Fayette office, showcasing her entrepreneurial drive and commitment to supporting local businesses. Her leadership continued to grow in 2022 when she became the owner of the Pittsburgh East office.
Now, in her expanded role as a Developer, Paula oversees 12 offices, focusing on strategic growth, operational strength, and leadership development across all locations. Her influence extends well beyond her two offices as she works to support and guide teams throughout the region.
She remains committed to building strong partnerships within the community, driving innovation, and supporting her teams. Through active networking and a hands-on leadership style, Paula continues to position every office she leads as a trusted resource for employers and job seekers.
Outside of work, Paula is a proud mom of three and an even prouder grandmother to one granddaughter she absolutely loves and spoils. Her passion for family, growth, and community shines through in everything she does.
